**Returns & Refunds Policy**

At Neat Space, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

**Return Window**  
You have **30 days** from delivery to request a return.

**Eligibility**  
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags.  
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.

**Non-Returnable Items**  
- Personalized or custom products (if any)  
- Final sale / clearance items  
- Opened hygiene-related items (if applicable)  
- Damaged items due to customer misuse

**Defective or Damaged Items**  
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost.

**How to Return**  
1. Email [GoShop@neat-space.shop] with your order number and reason.  
2. We'll send return instructions and a label (if eligible).  
3. Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless defective).  

**Refunds**  
- Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
- Store credit option available for faster processing (with possible bonus).

We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet our policy.
